And today I'm going to share 4 sales strategies that I use most for you who work as a Natura reseller be able to sell a lot in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025!

01 – How to assemble Natura kits and sell much more as a reseller!

So, without further ado, let's go to the first sales strategy, which is when my stock is at a standstill and I go to the bazaar or assemble kits. 

Then I'll make a video to tell you how I do my bazaar, but, basically, throw out the products that we have for the customer to see and choose the ones he wants to keep. I play that game of “whoever speaks first wins” They love it. 

And if I don't have products to set up a bazaar, I put together kits. Because you can't make a bazaar with three products. So I put them together, put together a kit and try to sell. 

I try on more special dates, like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas... And after I get it sell all products that I wanted to get rid of, then I renew my stock, but with products that we know will sell, right… It won't falter again. 

02 – How to launch Natura promotional items (clients love it!)

Second sales strategy. Once a month I launch an item from my inventory on sale. But it would be an item I bought for this. 

I bought some promotional item to sell several, not just one. 

  1. For example… I buy a box of soap from the Tododia line, which is on sale and I can pay R$8 for each one. 
  2. I buy several of them, several boxes of soaps of R$8, R$8… I don't remember the value now, but it's a low value that we can find… sometimes we find it for R$8 in the digital space. 
  3. And when the first week of the month arrives, I do it in the first week of the month, I announce to the customers that the box of soap every day, varied fragrances, is for R$15. I don't know… R$13. 

I put a very low price, very nice. For the guys to look and WOW.

I say that value is only for that week. After that week, the normal price of... (R$20.90, right?) (I was going to say R$19.90 but I think it's R$20.90) 

So the following week it's back to normal price. But I never go back to the regular price, I always leave a lower price and that's why I buy on a promotional basis.

I like to leave with lower prices, because I know it's not easy for anyone. So it's really cool for the customer to see that there's something cheap and that she can buy it 

Better to buy a soap from natura than from a competitor that costs R$1 on the market but does not have quality, you know… This type of sale works a lot because sometimes the customer already has 4 boxes of soaps that she bought last month, but she buys more one because... it's cheap. 

03 – How to make a sale of Natura products to profit even more as a reseller

Third special sales strategy for Natura resellers. Randomly during the year, without a fixed date, I decide on the day I want, I take all the products I want to sell, that I need to sell, together all of them, I put a promotional price on everything and launch everything at once for all customers. 

The difference between the sale and the bazaar is that there is only one sale… I put all the products in a type of online newspaper, I take a picture of everyone, I put together an online newspaper with all the products and prices “FROM” – “POR”. Soap box from R$20.90 for E$14.90. 

I do this with every product I want to sell. I make this kind of newspaper, save it, send it to clients and wait for them to come and talk to me. I always leave the salad for a week too, 

These prices are valid for 1 week, that's all, and then I'll go back to the regular price. So the box of soap is R$20.90 for R414.90 then I'll go back to… R$18.90. I like to leave it cheaper... It could be a bazaar again, but I do a sale that is this online newspaper to give it a variety and also to not have so much work... At the bazaar we have to take a picture and send it, right. 

Look, “here’s this one”, “here’s this one”, we have to spend an entire afternoon with all the customers to show all the products to whoever speaks first and doesn’t get the sale. You already send everything at once and wait for the answer. 

So it's easier, but I do both. I like both. No, I like the saldão better.

04 – Take the opportunity to sell the promotional kits of the Natura catalog cycle!

Fourth sales strategy. It's something everyone already does, but those who don't know, for the love of the Amazon rainforest, do it. When nature brings some promotion of kits in the magazine, are usually kits with a lower value than the most expensive item in the kit. 

For example. There's an Essencial kit, which comes with a perfume, a body deodorant and a soap. The Essential alone costs R$196. And Natura puts this kit in the magazine for R$179.90. 

So like this… The three items (together) are already cheaper than the Essencial of R$196. So it's really cool to get these kits, dismember and sell these items separately, but with the tip I always give. 

I don't like selling at full price, because I think it sells faster with a discount, and I think it's a way for us to think about the next one. I like to buy things at a discount all the time. 

People like it, love it. So I try to do the same with my clients. I would buy one of this kit, but I wouldn't sell the Essential one for R$196, it could be R$ 169.90 I put a discount. 

The soap too, the body deodorant too, I put cheaper prices. And I often make a kit like the body deodorant and soap separate from the perfume, because there are many people who prefer just the perfume and there are many people who buy the body deodorant with the soap to give as a gift. 

So it's dismemberment of the Natuta kit to assemble another kit, understand?
